Akron Public Schools has a great partnership with the Ohio State University and the Young Scholars Program. Because of this partnership Young Scholars was able to recruit, develop and engage and graduate scholars and send them off to Ohio State University with a hefty need based scholarship made possible by their stellar academic performance throughout high school. AEC is proud to announce that we have two students this year.
